<description><![CDATA[The&nbsp;use&nbsp;of&nbsp;MIG&nbsp;GMAW&nbsp;process&nbsp;of&nbsp;500MPa&nbsp;class&nbsp;steel&nbsp;plate&nbsp;welding&nbsp;ANS500&nbsp;super.&nbsp;Series&nbsp;impact&nbsp;test&nbsp;using&nbsp;low-temperature&nbsp;toughness&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;joints&nbsp;were&nbsp;studied.&nbsp;Determination&nbsp;of&nbsp;a&nbsp;series&nbsp;of&nbsp;low&nbsp;temperature&nbsp;toughness&nbsp;value,&nbsp;to&nbsp;determine&nbsp;its&nbsp;normal&nbsp;use&nbsp;temperature&nbsp;range.&nbsp;And&nbsp;to&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with&nbsp;energy&nbsp;method&nbsp;to&nbsp;determine&nbsp;fracture&nbsp;morphology&nbsp;observed&nbsp;under&nbsp;the&nbsp;two&nbsp;types&nbsp;of&nbsp;welding&nbsp;technology&nbsp;joints&nbsp;ductile-brittle&nbsp;transition&nbsp;temperature&nbsp;(DBTT).&nbsp;Using&nbsp;1.0mm&nbsp;wire&nbsp;welding,&nbsp;the&nbsp;joints&nbsp;in&nbsp;different&nbsp;parts&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;ductile-brittle&nbsp;transition&nbsp;temperature&nbsp;are&nbsp;as&nbsp;follows:&nbsp;Weld&nbsp;-65&nbsp;℃,&nbsp;fusion&nbsp;line&nbsp;-70&nbsp;℃,&nbsp;the&nbsp;heat-affected&nbsp;zone&nbsp;(HAZ)&nbsp;lower&nbsp;than&nbsp;-70&nbsp;℃,&nbsp;the&nbsp;safe&nbsp;use&nbsp;of&nbsp;welding&nbsp;plate&nbsp;temperature&nbsp;of&nbsp;-65&nbsp;℃&nbsp;above;&nbsp;using&nbsp;0.8mm&nbsp;wire&nbsp;welding,&nbsp;the&nbsp;joints&nbsp;in&nbsp;different&nbsp;parts&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;ductile-brittle&nbsp;transition&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;following&nbsp;occurrence&nbsp;of&nbsp;-70&nbsp;℃,&nbsp;and&nbsp;its&nbsp;safe&nbsp;use&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;temperature&nbsp;above&nbsp;70&nbsp;℃&nbsp;for&nbsp;1.]]></description>
